My approach: Beyond the face

As a certified Face Yoga coach with a solid background in anatomy and massage therapy, my approach goes deeper than just facial toning. I integrate full-body awareness into every session, because the alignment of your posture and the way your body moves directly affect how your face looks, feels, and functions.

Years of experience in Kobido facial massage and bodywork have shown me how interconnected everything is—from jaw tension rooted in shoulder stiffness, to forehead wrinkles caused by poor neck posture. That’s why in my classes, we always begin with grounding exercises for the body: breathwork, spinal alignment, and gentle muscle activation. This foundation allows facial exercises to work more effectively and sustainably.

I continuously deepen my knowledge through advanced trainings and real-world practice, combining ancient techniques with modern understanding of myofascial release, lymphatic flow, and emotional holding patterns in the body. My mission is to help women not only lift their features, but uplift their energy, mood, and self-confidence.
